How to install a CLAREO LED panel?
Electrical connection
Important:
- Installation must be carried out by professionals
- Make sure that the applied voltage is suitable for your device
- Make sure the product is powered off before any manipulation
- CLAREO Panels are sold without LED driver
- It is imperative to use a driver to avoid damaging the product. Never connect the product directly to 230 VAC
- Refer to the wiring diagram of the chosen LED driver. The panel connector is connected as follows: red wire = V+, black wire = V-
Power supply selection
It is imperative to use a driver recommended by CLAREO to power the LED panels. To do this, simply choose the appropriate driver. Below is the table of drivers compatible with CLAREO panels:
Note: to reduce the luminous flux of a panel, it is possible to power them with a lower current than indicated above.
Dimming
CLAREO panels are compatible with the most common dimming technologies: 1-10V, DALI, PUSH DIM (Push Button), phase dimming...
To do this, simply use a driver with the desired technology, compatible with the selected product. You can easily find the appropriate driver in the accessories section of our panel product pages.
Installation methods
CLAREO LED panels can be installed using 3 installation methods:
Recessed
1/ Modular ceiling: place the panel directly on the suspended rails.
2/ Plaster ceiling (Staff, Drywall): drill the ceiling to the required size then recess the panel using the Staff integration frame. This frame is equipped with springs and fixing tabs for optimal installation.
Surface mounted
The surface mounting frame screws into all types of ceilings and allows for easy integration of the panel.
To do this, simply slide the panel through the retractable side of the surface mounting frame.
Suspended
CLAREO LED panels are all equipped with 4 clips on their back to allow the installation of suspension cables.
The suspension kit, sold separately, allows you to easily suspend your panels using four ultra-resistant steel cables.
