5 steps
A well-run project starts with a clearly defined scope.
Here’s how we work at CLAREO, from first contact to final delivery: a flexible, rigorous, and thoroughly managed process:
The first step is to gather all your lighting requirements: your dedicated CLAREO representative assesses your project and all its specific requirements (technical, financial, scheduling, and more) to propose suitable solutions.
Depending on your needs, your CLAREO representative will suggest:
Products from our standard range
Whatever your lighting project, we have 13,000 products from our standard range available on our website.
To make our offering easier to navigate, we have organized it into four product ranges with clear, descriptive names: ADVANCE, DESIGN, TECH, and START.
Custom products
If your project’s constraints rule out products from our standard range, our Custom Products Team can support you in three different areas:
- Component changes
- Mechanical modifications
- 100% custom light fixtures
Once we have gathered your requirements and depending on the complexity of your project, we will send you:
- For products in our standard range: samples.
- For custom products: prototypes.
This step lets you see the products that meet your needs. Your samples and prototypes can also be installed in your mock-up area to validate your project and technical requirements.
To confirm the number of light points needed and their placement in your spaces, our engineers, experts in SolidWorks CAD and DIALux lighting studies, will conduct the studies needed to deliver your project successfully.
Once the project is approved, there are two possible scenarios:
Products from our standard range
Thanks to our substantial, optimized inventory of 800,000 units in the Paris region, most projects using products from our standard range do not require new parts to be manufactured. If our inventory is insufficient to meet your full requirements, however, we will manufacture the missing parts.
Custom products
If your project requires custom products, we will begin manufacturing your light fixtures.
Throughout production, your CLAREO representative and all relevant teams will monitor your project’s progress and keep you informed.
To ensure the products delivered meet your expectations, they undergo quality checks throughout manufacturing. This essential step is one reason we achieve an outstanding product reliability rate of 99.80% across all ranges *.

Once manufacturing is complete and the products have passed quality checks, our logistics center delivers them to you using flexible delivery options tailored to your requirements.
CLAREO delivery comes with a range of services that make our delivery offering unique:
- Delivery in as little as 4 hours in the Paris region and 12 hours anywhere in mainland France!
- On orders of €250 or more, shipping is free (for deliveries in France, excluding express delivery).
- Real-time stock availability, lead times, and advanced order tracking on our website.
- Delivery directly to your job sites is available to make your projects easier to manage.
- Responsive service and personalized delivery tracking from our highly reliable sales administration team.
Once your project has been delivered, we remain available to advise you throughout installation, right up to the final result. Working with CLAREO means dealing exclusively with technical specialists for smooth, well-managed project delivery!
