A well-managed project is a well-structured project.
This is how we work at CLAREO, from first contact to final delivery, with a flexible, thorough and perfectly controlled process:
The first step is to gather all your lighting requirements: your dedicated CLAREO sales representative will assess your project and all its specifications (technical, financial, deadlines...) to offer you suitable solutions.
Thus, depending on your needs, your CLAREO sales representative will offer:
Standard products
Whatever your lighting project, we have 13,000 standard products available on our website.
To simplify the understanding of our offer, we have opted for 4 product ranges with clear and meaningful names: ADVANCE, DESIGN, TECH and START.
Custom-made products
If your project constraints don't allow you to choose standard products, our Custom Products Unit can assist you in 3 different areas of intervention:
- Component changes
- Mechanical modifications
- 100% custom-made lighting fixtures
Once we have gathered your needs and depending on the complexity of your project, we will send you:
- For range products: samples.
- For custom products: prototypes.
This step will allow you to visualize the products that meet your needs. Your samples and prototypes can also be installed in your Test Zone to validate your project and technical requirements.
In order to validate the number of light points needed and their location in your spaces, our expert engineers in CAD using SolidWorks and DIALux lighting studies will carry out the necessary studies for the successful completion of your project.
Once the project is signed, two scenarios will be available to you:
Products from our range
Because we have a large and optimized stock of 800,000 items in the Île-de-France region, most projects carried out with products from our range do not require the manufacturing of new items. However, if our stock is not sufficient to cover all your needs, we will then launch the production of the missing items.
Custom-made products
If your project requires the manufacturing of custom-made products, we will then launch the production of your lighting fixtures.
Throughout the production process, your sales representative and all of our relevant departments will monitor the progress of your project and keep you informed.
To ensure the delivery of products that meet your expectations, they undergo quality controls that are carried out throughout their manufacturing process. This essential step allows us to achieve an exemplary product reliability of 99.80% across all product ranges *.

Once manufacturing is complete and quality controls are passed, our logistics platform then takes care of delivering your products using flexible delivery methods adapted to your requirements.
Indeed, CLAREO delivery includes many services that make our delivery offer unique:
- A delivery time of only 4 hours in the Paris region and 12 hours anywhere in metropolitan France!
- For orders over €250, the freight cost of your products is free (for deliveries in France, excluding express delivery).
- Stock levels, delivery times, and advanced order tracking available in real-time on our website.
- Delivery directly to your construction sites is possible to facilitate the management of your projects.
- Responsiveness and personalized customer follow-up for your deliveries thanks to a highly reliable customer service department.
