If your package is being held by the carrier, we invite you to pick it up at the address indicated on the delivery notice. Your invoice is available in your Customer Account as soon as your order is shipped. To access it, go to our homepage and click on the "Customer Account" link in the top right corner.
Sign in by entering your email address and password, then click "Validate". Once in your account, click on the "My Orders" link to access your invoices in PDF format.
