HR INTERVIEW
This is the first step in the hiring process. We talk about your background, personality, aspirations, expectations, and understanding of CLAREO.
We also give you a detailed introduction to the company so you can better understand our position in the market and the role you could play at CLAREO.
INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECT MANAGER
You meet your future direct manager, who gives you a clearer picture of CLAREO. They assess your professional knowledge and discuss your background and career goals. It’s also a chance to ask any questions you have about the role.
LEADERSHIP INTERVIEW
You’ll speak with one of the 2 founders to round out your understanding of our company. They’ll assess your motivation and how well your application aligns with CLAREO’s philosophy, and give you deeper insight into CLAREO’s strategy and opportunities for growth.
