Interview process
HR INTERVIEW
This is the first step in the recruitment process. We discuss together your background, your personality, your aspirations, your expectations and your understanding of CLAREO.
We also present the company to you in detail so that you can more clearly understand our positioning and the role you could have within CLAREO.
DIRECT MANAGER INTERVIEW
You will meet your future direct Manager who will give you a more concrete vision of CLAREO. They will validate your professional knowledge and review your background and aspirations. It's also an opportunity to ask all your questions about the position.
MANAGEMENT INTERVIEW
You will have a conversation with one of the 2 founders to complete and finalize your understanding of our organization. They will validate your motivation, assess how well your application aligns with CLAREO's philosophy, and provide you with a more in-depth vision of CLAREO's strategy and potential career growth opportunities.
