Moods Project
The Moods project is a very beautiful project that CLAREO was able to work on in the tertiary sector. It is an office platform of about 30,000 m², based in St Denis. This development is ideally located at the foot of the RER B La Plaine Stade de France station and the future Grand Paris Express station.
With its beautiful glass facade, the building stands out for its high architectural quality and a layout dedicated to the well-being of users. This is achieved particularly through harmonious and aesthetic lighting, which was entirely supplied by CLAREO.

The players
On this project, notable building industry players were involved. Ineo was particularly in charge of the electrical installation and CLAREO lighting while Bouygues Construction supervised the structural work.
Project constraints
For this project, the architect had specified an "Optic" design for the lighting fixtures with specific dimensions of 1250x100 in fineline installation type. The products also needed to be low-consumption, specifically less than 5W/m², to obtain the BREEAM Very Good certification.
