Panorama Project
The Panorama project is unprecedented both in terms of its technical and architectural prowess. It is a complex of 15,000 m2 of offices and 1,000 m2 of retail space.
It spans the railway tracks of the Austerlitz station without any intermediate support. It was therefore designed as a bridge building. This project fits harmoniously into the Tolbiac sector, the most dynamic area of Paris Left Bank.

The participants
This project was designed by architect-engineer Marc Mimram for Icade Promotion. EMI Tertiaire, a VINCI group company, was responsible for the electrical installation and CLAREO lighting.
Project constraints
For this project, the main constraint was the need for a custom-made product for integration into a metal tray ceiling with specific dimensions of 1080x250 and 750x250. The building also had to be certified HQE Excellent and BREEAM Excellent.
Our response
To meet these constraints, we designed a UNIQUE and custom-made luminaire specifically for this project:

- Color customization
- Customization of Flow and consumption
- WIELAND® connectors
In total, CLAREO provided more than 2,000 light points for this project.
