Panorama Project
The Panorama project is exceptional for both its engineering and architectural achievements. The complex includes 15,000 m² of office space and 1,000 m² of retail space.
It spans the rail tracks at Austerlitz station without any intermediate supports, so it was designed as a bridge building. The project fits harmoniously into the Tolbiac district, the most dynamic area of Paris’s Left Bank.

The people involved
This project was designed by architect and engineer Marc Mimram for Icade Promotion. EMI Tertiaire, part of the VINCI group, handled the electrical installation and the installation of CLAREO lighting.
Project requirements
The main challenge on this project was the need for a custom product to fit into a metal tray ceiling, with specific dimensions of 1080x250 and 750x250. The building also had to be eligible for HQE Excellent and BREEAM Excellent certification.
Our solution
To meet these requirements, we designed a UNIQUE, custom-made light fixture specifically for this project:

- Custom color
- Custom light output and power consumption
- WIELAND® connectors
In total, CLAREO supplied more than 2,000 light points for this project.
