Dreamview Project
The DREAMVIEW project is an impressive commercial-sector project that CLAREO had the opportunity to work on. It involves an 8,000 m² building renovated to like-new condition as part of a green redevelopment program for a complex in the heart of Nanterre La Défense.
The people involved
SPIE BATIGNOLLES handled the electrical installation and the installation of CLAREO lighting. This project was designed for Artea, a company active in real estate, renewable energy and services.
Project requirements
The main challenge for this project was designing a continuous lighting system for integration into a metal tray ceiling.
The building also had to qualify for HQE Exceptional and Effinergie Renovation 2009 certification.
Our solution
To meet these requirements, we designed a custom linear lighting fixture based on the LINEDLED 80 x 50.
In total, CLAREO supplied more than 2,000 light points for this project.
