Panorama Project
The Panorama project is an unprecedented project both in terms of its technical and architectural prowess. It is a complex of 15,000 m2 of office space and 1,000 m2 of retail space.
It spans the railway tracks of the Austerlitz station without any intermediate support. It was therefore designed as a bridge building. This project fits harmoniously into the Tolbiac sector, the most dynamic area of Paris Rive Gauche.

EMI Tertiaire was responsible for the electrical installation and CLAREO lighting.
This project was designed for the real estate company Gecina.
Project constraints
For this project, it was necessary to develop a circulation spotlight and an LED strip with high CRI and custom color temperatures. The building also had to obtain the following certifications:
- BREEAM Outstanding
- HQE Exceptional
- LEED Platinum
- BBC Renovation
- Labels: Effinergie
Our answer
To meet these constraints, we specially designed a custom spotlight and strip, complying with the technical constraints detailed above. In total, CLAREO provided more than 1,500 light points for this project.
