Private Mansion Project

For the needs of a Private Mansion located in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, the CLAREO team intervened to propose lighting fixtures that fit into the modern and design decor of this hotel. For this, nearly 800 meters of CLAREO StripLEDs were installed to enhance the different rooms of this place.

The cinema room

For this hotel's cinema room, RGB StripLEDs were installed in aluminum corner profiles, all controllable via DMX thanks to our control panels. This control solution allows you to change the color and dim the LED strips' intensity directly from a Smartphone.

The swimming pool

For the hotel's pool area, waterproof StripLEDs were installed in the cornice around the entire perimeter of the ceiling. This type of installation does not require the prior installation of aluminum profiles since the LED strip can be directly glued into the cornice thanks to our 3M adhesive.

Because a swimming pool generates a lot of moisture, it is important to install StripLEDs with an IP68 protection rating.

The wine cellar

For the wine cellar, StripLEDs were installed directly inside the furniture for indirect lighting. Thanks to the multiplication of these light sources, the StripLEDs together form direct lighting that highlights this glass-enclosed space.

The bathroom

For this hotel's bathroom, our waterproof StripLEDs resistant to splashes and water vapor are installed in 2 different ways:

In a cornice around the perimeter of the ceiling for indirect lighting, bringing a warm ambiance to this bathroom.
All around the mirror for functional lighting, all installed in a recessed aluminum profile.
