Private Mansion Project

For a private mansion in Neuilly-sur-Seine, the CLAREO team proposed lighting fixtures to complement its modern, stylish decor. Nearly 800 meters of CLAREO StripLEDs were installed to enhance the various rooms.

The movie theater

In this hotel’s movie theater, RGB StripLEDs were installed in corner aluminum profiles. Our control panels allow the lighting to be adjusted via DMX. This control solution makes it possible to change the color and dim the LED strips directly from a smartphone.

The pool

In the hotel’s pool area, waterproof StripLEDs were installed in coves around the entire perimeter of the ceiling. This type of installation does not require aluminum profiles to be fitted first: the LED strip can be adhered directly inside the cove using our 3M adhesive.

Because a pool generates a lot of humidity, it is important to install StripLEDs with an IP68 protection rating.

The wine cellar

In the wine cellar, StripLEDs were installed directly inside the furniture to provide indirect lighting. Together, these numerous light sources also provide direct illumination that showcases the glass-enclosed space.

The bathroom

In this hotel’s bathroom, our waterproof StripLEDs, which resist splashes and water vapor, are installed in two ways:

In a cove around the edge of the ceiling, providing indirect lighting that gives the bathroom a warm atmosphere.
Around the mirror to provide functional lighting, installed in a recessed aluminum profile.
