UP3 Project

Firmly focused on supporting our clients in their major projects, our team recently collaborated with INEO Tertiaire for the lighting of the University of Paris Sorbonne. Having established its new Campus in the heart of the Parisian Nation district, this 26,000 m² facility called upon CLAREO to design, manufacture and deliver more than 7,000 light points.

The interview

Could you briefly tell us about the project?

"This is a project that encompasses 4 facilities, each with its own specificities. It includes a restaurant area, a 3-story library, large amphitheaters and performance halls, as well as tutorial rooms, administrative offices, and association spaces."

Why did you seek the support of CLAREO's Custom Projects Unit?

"The Paris Sorbonne University wanted a specific product for the 3 floors of libraries. We contacted CLAREO following this request, sending plans and specific documents enabling them to offer us the best possible solution for the Luminous Arches."

What were CLAREO's strengths during the project?

"CLAREO's main strength in this project was particularly its wide product range, which allowed us to install about 7,000 products ranging from Panels to LineLEDs, including circulation spotlights."

Light Arches: 100% custom-made in France

For the needs of this project, CLAREO was asked to design a unique product on the market: the Luminous Arches.

Made-to-measure and manufactured in France, their sizes have been directly adapted to the dimensions of the library tables, all with an innovative and resolutely modern design.

In total, CLAREO supplied more than 100 custom-made Luminous Arches for this project!
