Interview with Sébastien B. and Nicolas C.

Could you introduce us to the Forum de Lille project?

« The Forum building, located in the heart of Lille near the Lille-Flandres train station, is an 8-story building housing 30,000 m² of office space. This building was specially designed to accommodate the staff of the Nord Department. »

How would you describe your experience working with the CLAREO teams?

« As with all our projects with CLAREO, for the Forum de Lille we were in direct contact with our dedicated sales representative, who was always very available. He acted as a liaison with the CLAREO Design Office to be able to adapt the product's development according to the various requests. The CLAREO Design Office was very responsive. It was able to provide clear and technical answers within very short timeframes. »

How did CLAREO respond to your requirements and deadline constraints?

« Given that the building is located in the heart of Lille and fitted out floor by floor, there were significant supply constraints. We therefore wanted to proceed with floor-by-floor packaging so that we could retrieve the products throughout the progress of the project. CLAREO always managed to adapt to these requests. »

The SENSOR TECH Panel, a 100% custom-made fabrication

To meet the complex project requirements, including the installation of recessed luminaires in acoustic baffles equipped with integrated brightness and presence sensors, CLAREO was able to propose and develop 100% custom-made Panels featuring SENSOR technology, a Smart Lighting and Smart Building solution.

The SENSOR solution offered by CLAREO perfectly met the expectations and needs of the end client. This solution offers significant energy savings, an essential requirement for the Northern Department.

Furthermore, the installation of the luminaires needed to be quick and simple, which was fully achieved. Some of the luminaires were even delivered pre-wired at the client's request.

In total, CLAREO supplied more than 2,500 custom-made Panels for this project.
