This detector powered by 12-48VDC is adjustable by remote control and allows you to easily control ON/OFF luminaires or devices by dry contact according to presence and an ambient light threshold:

The COM/NO/NC Relay output allows to control equipment by dry contact or, in on/off mode regardless of its supply voltage.

PIR technology eliminates false detections caused by metal roofs, steel racks and other sources of interference.
