Parallèle Project
This approximately 30,000 m² office complex in Courbevoie consists of two wings arranged around a patio. The building holds NF HQE 2015 certification for commercial buildings, an Excellent rating under the Passeport scheme, and a VERY GOOD rating under the BREEAM 2016 standard. To learn more about what went into this project, we spoke with Fouad A., the project manager.
The interview
Could you briefly tell us about the project?
"80% of the building is lit by CLAREO fixtures, representing 5,000 light points, 3,500 of which were custom-developed for the project. One particular requirement was to make a panel that would fit the ceiling using a specific mounting system."
What convinced you to choose CLAREO?
"After the call for bids was launched, the CLAREO team responded the fastest and was the only one to visit the site to truly understand the project. CLAREO took the initiative by developing custom lighting fixtures and quickly providing samples made in France to help us make a decision."
How did CLAREO meet your requirements and deadlines?
"The order for light fixtures was very large, and CLAREO met our logistics expectations perfectly. We received almost the entire order in three deliveries, directly from the factories to our construction site. The schedules and deadlines were met."
How would you describe the support you received from the Custom Projects Team?
"For this project, CLAREO met our expectations by developing custom LED panels and strips. An engineer from the team visited the site and quickly prepared a technical data sheet proposing a light fixture with a mounting plate suited to the ceilings on-site. Once the sample was delivered, the engineer and our sales representative came to install it and check whether everything worked properly or needed adjustments. The support was comprehensive, which we really appreciated and which made the on-site teams’ work much easier."
What were CLAREO’s strengths on this project, and why?
"It was my first time working with CLAREO, and I was more than satisfied with how this project turned out. CLAREO’s main strengths were its responsiveness, availability and customer guidance, but above all its ability to propose custom light fixtures quickly while adapting to the project’s requirements."
