Parallel Project
It is an office platform located in Courbevoie, covering approximately 30,000 m², composed of 2 wings organized around a patio. The building is certified NF HQE 2015 Commercial Buildings, Excellent Passport and BREEAM 2016 reference level VERY GOOD.To learn more about the behind-the-scenes of this project, we met with Fouad A., Project Manager.
The interview
Could you briefly tell us about the project?
"80% of the building is lit with CLAREO lighting fixtures, representing 5,000 light points, including 3,500 that were custom developed for the project. There was a particular need to manufacture a Panel that would adapt to the ceiling with a specific mounting system."
What convinced you to choose CLAREO?
"Following the launch of the tender, the CLAREO team was the most responsive and the only one to come on site to truly understand the project. CLAREO was proactive in developing custom lighting fixtures and quickly providing samples manufactured in France to facilitate decision-making."
How did CLAREO respond to your requirements and deadline constraints?
"The luminaire order was very large and CLAREO perfectly met our expectations on logistics. We were able to receive almost the entire order in 3 deliveries directly from the factories to our construction site. Schedules and deadlines were respected."
How would you describe your experience working with the Custom Projects Unit?
"For this project, CLAREO was able to meet our expectations by developing custom LED panels and LED strips. An engineer from the Unit visited the site and quickly created a technical datasheet with a luminaire proposal featuring a panel, in line with the ceiling type on site. Following delivery of the sample, the engineer and our sales representative came to install it and check whether everything was working correctly or whether any adjustments were needed. The support is comprehensive, which is greatly appreciated and makes the work of the on-site teams much easier."
What were CLAREO's strengths on this project? Why?
"It was the first time I worked with CLAREO, and I was more than satisfied with the outcome of this project. CLAREO's main strengths were responsiveness, availability and customer advice, but above all the ability to quickly propose custom-made luminaires while adapting to the project's constraints."

This luminaire was developed for the Parallèle project and features custom customization: its installation system, technical and optical characteristics were defined according to the client's needs.
Client constraints: need for a custom-sized Panel with a specific frame to fit into a specific false ceiling.
CLAREO has supplied more than 2,500 of these custom-made Panels.
