Thanks to this service, without having to justify your choice, Clareo allows you a 7-day withdrawal period to return one or more products that ultimately don't meet your expectations for any order under €1,000 excluding tax.

Any return request must be made within seven days following the receipt of goods by the buyer.

No returns will be accepted without prior express agreement from our customer service in the form of a "customer return slip" which will be sent to you by email.

Upon receipt of your return by our After-Sales Service, it is handled by a technician who checks the contents and condition of the returned product. You will receive an email notification informing you that your return has been registered by our After-Sales Service.

If the returned product is in new condition in its undamaged original packaging, a credit note will be sent to you. If you do not wish to deduct this credit from other current or future orders, we can proceed with the refund of this credit note.
